Mommy and Emma afternoon

We'd been talking about getting Emma's hair cut for a few months now.  It's SO beautiful, but it's SO unruly.  We were thinking maybe some layers would calm it down, or at least a healthy amount taken off.

Well, I took her, finally, and neither happened.  She got about 2 inches taken off (I wanted more, but the lady we went to apparently didn't listen) and it looks like nothing was done.  However, she was wonderful while getting her hair cut.  With Emma, it's always a bit iffy on how she's going to be, behavior (drama) wise I was insanely proud of her.

After we finished with her haircuts, we went to lunch.  Em wanted 'burgers and fries' so we hit up the BK.

Bet you didn't know she was royalty.

All in all, Mommy Emma afternoon was awesome.  It was nice to get some one on one time with my Girl, and I really would love to make it a regular thing.
