Alex-4 months

So, the big guy turned 4 months on the 24th.  4 months?  Really?

Here are the shots from his 4 month photoshoot:

So, here is what the boy is up to these days:

• He's 20 lbs, 14 ounces, and in the 100% for weight.  Yes, the 100%.
• He's 26.5 inches long, which is the 95% for height.
• He eats, on average 40 ounces a day!  Sometimes, he will go up to as much as 48?!
• He's in size 3-6 and 6-9 month clothes.
• He's in size 3 diapers, but not for much longer.
• He's sleeping 10-11 hours a night, and takes one long nap (3 hours), along with 1 or 2 shorter naps per day.
• He still hasn't rolled over, but he's so close!
• He's teething horribly, and his bottom two teeth look like they may be ready to break through.
• He was diagnosed with severe excema on his face.  He has to use special lotions to try and control it.  
• He's reaching out and grabbing everything.  His favorite thing to grab?  You guessed it, my HAIR!!
• He laughs so much.
• He's not a fan of the crib and has only successfully napped in there a couple of times.
• He loves to stand and LOVES being in his excersaucer.
• We will be trying baby cereal soon to see if it cuts down on the amount of formula he's taking.
• He's very LOUD.  Cries the hardest and loudest of any of my children.
• He's happiest when he's in my arms.
• He still lights up when he sees his older siblings, especially Emma.

So, yet another month has passed.  Another month as a Mommy of 4.  I wish I could say I have it under control, but I don't.  I thought I would be into a better rhythm by now, but I guess I need to let that go and realize that I just have a lot going on.  I would have it no other way.  I love these kids more than I could every describe.  I hope they always realize that.
