Since it monsooned on the original date for the fireworks, they were rescheduled to the following week. Since we were home from vacation, I took The Bigs to see the fireworks with Great GrandMom at the assisted living. Uncle Joe and Aunt Laur joined us. It was a bittersweet night, as it was the first big event at Spring Hills without Great Grandpa. I was glad that we were there with Mom-Mom, I feel that she needed a distraction.

Well, that's it. Another 4th of July celebration in the books. I can't believe that the year is more than half over. Where does the time go?
