...all 3 are sick.
We are ranging from not so bad (Emma) to "how in the hell did THAT happen?" (Jack)
Of course, I blame school. It was a day after Jack started that his symptoms became apparent. And one by one, they all presented with stuffy noses, coughing, fevers and misery (mostly at night, you know, when I'm trying to sleep).
So, finally, I decided to take them to the doctors. And the verdict is:
A bad cold for Emma.
ANOTHER ear infection for Sara.
Walking pneumonia for Jack.
Really? It's just ridiculous. Jack has now officially been home sick longer than he's been to school this year. He can't go back until Friday.
So, back into the land of antibiotics and steroids we go. I'm keeping an eye on Sara, because she may need a nebulizer treatment or 2 before this is all said and done.
I'd really like to fashion a bubble for my family. I'm not particularly ready for another year of everyone being sick. Home-schooling is looking particularly attractive these days...
