Hello Gus!
On May 19th, we became owners of a puppy. I've been wanting one for a while, and the opportunity presented itself, so we went for it. Gus was very young when we got him, and has made such amazing progress in such a short amount of time!
He's VERY much a puppy, though. He loves to bite and nip and I'm trying to break him of that. He also has pretty bad separation anxiety. He's great in the crate, but when he's in the kitchen, and I'm not right near him, he freaks out. Those are my only two complaints. House-training has gone amazingly well, so has crate-training.
The kids are in love, especially Emma. I'm pretty convinced that she thinks she's his mother. She's a great helper. She loves to help feed him, and play with him. She even cleans up after him!
