SO BEHIND WITH POSTING!!!
I really try to keep this current, and try to post things as they happen, but with all 4 home, it's next to impossible to find a long enough span of time. But, one is napping, one is laying on my bed about to nap, and 2 are occupied with The Smurfs Movie for the 45, 098th time, so here I am.
I know I've mentioned our Park Tour previously. I came up with the idea back in the beginning of the summer. I needed a place to go, with friends (for the kids and myself) at least once a week to keep from going crazy. There isn't much going on in the new hood, so I needed to do 'something'. So, a tour of some local parks, some new to us, some old favorites was what I came up with.
It's been fun. We discovered a couple of new "favorite" parks (Kid Street and Duke Island Park) and it's just been fun exploring our awesome county.
Me, the person who takes pictures of everything, has no pictures from the first few dates. Actually, I think this past time was the first time I actually made myself take pictures.
This past week, we had a good crowd. I hope everyone enjoys these playdates as much as I do. I will be sad when they end. I'd like to schedule something for when the Bigs go to school, got to keep the playdates going!!
