I'm bringing Zumba back

I did Zumba today.

It was like seeing an old friend.

Don't get me wrong, Insanity is clearly a better workout, but for right now, I need something a bit lower impact.  Zumba is not low impact by any means, it's just not as, well, insane as Insanity.

I also logged into My Fitness Pal for the first time in...I don't know how long.  And I'm up 3 pounds from the last check in.  I honestly don't get it.  I'm confused by it all.  But, I haven't been as diligent, especially since the ol' noggin took a beating almost 2 weeks ago.  I've been eating crap, and not exercising at all.  So, yeah, I deserve to be 'up', it is my own fault.

I'm back to eating clean(er), and hopefully keeping track of my calories again, and keeping track of my water intake (which has been abysmal) and trying to get at least 20 minutes of cardio in a day will all make somewhat of a difference.

I don't know why my motivation is so bipolar.  It's either feast or famine in my head.  I can be SO motivated one week, and the next week I want to do nothing but eat.  I wish I could figure myself out.

So, Insanity, I will see you again.  Shaun T., you hottie, you and your abs will be yelling at me once again to 'dig deep'.  Just not today.  Right now, I'm going to turn up the Reggeton and  dance with Beto, okay?
